Rules for Booking an Appointment
1. Appointment Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed by phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation.
2. Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for any necessary paperwork and to ensure a timely start.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a fee.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to accommodate other patients.
5. Right to Reschedule
Rewalk Clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible and arrange a new appointment at your earliest convenience.
6. Emergency Situations
In the event of an emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.
7. Contact Information
Ensure that we have your current & correct contact information on file to reach you for any appointment-related communications.
8. Special Requests
If you have any special requests or requirements for your appointment, please inform us at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
9. Health and Safety
For the safety and well-being of all our patients and staff, please inform us if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness prior to your appointment. We may need to reschedule to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
